At Dr.Sudhir Chandra Sur Degree Engineering College we always believe a library is the place where practical problems meet their theoretical solutions. A good library set-up not only helps the students to accentuate their academic knowledge and skills but also expose them to world of innumerable information to draw upon and use them in their practical field. To study you will use a mixture of printed books and journals and digital library. With around 60 reader-places, and collection of more than 5,000 volumes of subject specific books, students have ample opportunity to prepare themselves. Naturally, we seek to provide access to all books and articles recommended for courses, which can be borrowed or used in the libraries. In addition there are general and trade journals to encourage the reading habits of the students in the library.

Language Lab: All graduate students today need to use computers and networks as part of their work, whether to write essays, to run applications, to access information, to access information on the Web or to exchange e-mails with tutors and fellow students. Once registered at our college, students can access to internet, email, and quality printing facilities. With over 60 open access computers, students have full access to the software applications - the basics and subject specific, computer based training, the information database and websites that you may need.

Seminar Hall: A seminar hall with modern furnishing and acoustics has been built to conduct paper presentation, workshops, debate, inter collegiate competitions and guest lectures.

Lecture Halls: The lecture halls in this Institute are spacious well-ventilated consisting of all basic amenities in any international standard lecture halls. They have state of the art facilities like overhead/slide projectors competing with international standards. Overall, the halls provide an ideal atmosphere for studies.
